  LIV Student Residence Seville is located in the university area of ​​Seville de Viapol. A building built with your needs in mind that include all the comforts and facilities that will make your university stage one of the most enriching experiences of your life.

What are you looking for? How do you want your day to day to be while you study? We have all kinds of rooms, from a studio where you can hang out, to single rooms in a “Coliving” shared flat . With all the designs designed so that instead of being in a student residence, you feel at home.  Here you will only have to worry about your studies. We take care of the rest, comfortable rooms, cleaning and laundry service, study areas, meals, special events and much more. Also, when you want to rest and have fun you won’t even have to leave the building. We have a swimming pool, media room, roof terrace, gym, karaoke room, social kitchen. 

Our student residence in Seville is located on Calle Camilo José Cela. One block from the Nervión metro station that connects you with the entire city and the Pablo Olavide University, a 15-minute walk from the Royal Tobacco Factory and the center and less than 5 minutes from the Viapol faculties of the University of Seville.  In your free time, you can stroll through the iconic Plaza de España, delve into the historic center of the city, see the skyline from Las Setas, get lost in Triana, admire the Royal Alcázar Palace and walk through the Murillo gardens. Seville has so many things to show you that there will always be a new plan waiting for you!
